Wesner "Jojo" was born in Mandaluyong City on March 14, 1973.  His parents are Wesner Almin Sr. and Remedios Resuello Almin. Tatay Wesner, who's been the idol and role model of Jojo since he was a kid, has been a very loving father to him. Not only because Jojo is his one and only son, but also because Jojo wanted to be with his Tatay wherever Tatay goes. Nanay Remy on the other hand is a very loving mother to him and to his two siblings.  She never fails to talk to Jojo and give him motherly advise no matter where Jojo is.

Jojo, the youngest in the family, has two adorable sisters. Wynona and Wenda who are living with their parents in Antipolo Rizal. Wynona is working in DTI Makati, while Wenda is busy managing their family-owned business. Also living with them is the active and smart cousin of Jojo, Jeremiah who will be turning 7 this year. Je has been the family's little angel and the baby of his lolo Wesner Sr.

Jojo spent his younger years in Mandaluyong City with his cousins and relatives just around the neighborhood. He graduated from Adamson University as an Electronics and Communications Engineer and passed the board exam in the year 1995. He worked as a Telecom Engineer in Fujitsu Philippines, February of 1996. He has been going to Japan for several assignments since 1998, the same year they moved to their new house in Antipolo City.

Asked what he can say about his achievements... Jojo can only say his thanks to his wonderful Almin family, loving Uncle Alex, and cute little Je.

He's a fun loving person and very family-oriented man. With a loving and adorable family, no wonder Jojo will be a very good father and husband too. That's why when he met Maribel and fell in love with her, he wasted no time and finally asked her to marry him.. He knows that Maribel is the woman he's been waiting for all his life.. the woman he loves, and the same girl who will walk with him hand-in-hand in the beach 50 years from now..
